This New York Yankees ("NYY") baseball ticket giveaway promotion ("Promotion") is offered to you by TradeZero America, Inc. ("TZA"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Giveaway Prize TZA will give away 4 Field MVP tickets with access to the MVP club, or the equivalent, for the May 2, 2023 7:05 PM Eastern Time baseball game between the NYY and the Cleveland Guardians at Yankee Stadium, Bronx, New York ("Ticket Giveaway Prize").
If the Ticket Giveaway Prize cannot be claimed by the winner or the winner cannot attend the NYY baseball game on the date identified above, the Ticket Giveaway Prize will be forfeit and no alternative prize will be awarded to that winner. No substitution or cash equivalent for the Ticket Giveaway Prize will be awarded. TZA shall not be liable for any expenses relating to the Ticket Giveaway Prize, including but not limited to, transportation to/from the stadium, lodging, parking, concessions, any and all taxes, meals, drinks, personal purchases/souvenirs, gratuities, and any other expenses. Promotion Period The Promotion period ("Promotion Period") to enter to win the Ticket Giveaway Prize shall be begin on March 30, 2023 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and shall end at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on April 24, 2023.

Ticket Giveaway Prize Selection TZA will pick one Ticket Giveaway Prize winner at random from a list of all eligible Participants by TZA on April 25, 2023, and will notify the winner via email on or after that date. If, for any reason, a potential Ticket Giveaway Prize winner forfeits the Ticket Giveaway Prize, TZA will be select at random an alternative potential Ticket Giveaway Prize Winner from the list of eligible Participants, time permitting.

The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as the Ticket Giveaway Prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition (collectively "Event"), as defined by Major League Baseball ("MLB") and/or NYY, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason.
