Terms And Conditions

This promotion (“Platform Discount Promotion”) is available to customers of TradeZero America, Inc. a United States broker dealer, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC); TradeZero, Inc., a Bahamian broker dealer, registered with the Securities Commission of the Bahamas; and TradeZero Canada Securities ULC, a Canadian broker dealer, member firm of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF) (collectively the “TradeZero Broker Dealers”).

Eligible New Account Holders

The Platform Discount Promotion is available to all new TradeZero Broker Dealer account holders (“Eligible New Account Holder”) who: (1) open a TradeZero account through the “Sign Up Here”, “Open Account”, or “Get 3 Months Free” links at (TraderTV.Live | TradeZero) and (2) fund their TradeZero Broker Dealer account with a single initial deposit in immediately available funds equal to or greater than the initial minimum deposit of the TradeZero Broker Dealer where they opened their account (“Eligible Deposit”).

Platform Discount Promotion Period

The Platform Discount Promotion is available to Eligible New Account Holders while the promotion is active. TradeZero Broker Dealers reserve the right to modify or end the Platform Discount Promotion at any time and without prior notice to you.

Platform Selection Process

After an Eligible New Account Holder makes an Eligible Deposit, they must visit the TradeZero Broker Dealer Client Portal to select the ZeroPro securities trading platform (“ZeroPro”) as their initial trading platform. (“Platform Selection Process”). The Platform Discount Promotion is only available to ZeroPro users.

Platform Discount

After the Platform Selection Process, Eligible New Account Holders who have made an Eligible Deposit will receive ZeroPro for free (i.e., without charge for monthly software fees and referred to as the “Platform Discount”) for the period comprising the remaining days of the month in which they complete the Platform Selection Process and the following three months thereafter.

All Platform Discounts will appear as a charge and a refund on an Eligible New Account Holder’s monthly statement for the Platform Discount period.

The maximum Platform Discount to be awarded in any one-month period shall be $59 (USD). The Platform Discount shall not include market data enhancements such as OTC Markets Level 1 ($5 USD per month) or OTC Markets Level 2 ($15 USD per month).

Restrictions

This Promotion is only available to Eligible New Account Holders. This Promotion is not open in any jurisdiction where TradeZero Broker Dealers are not authorized to do business, where their products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules and regulations governing the securities industry or where otherwise prohibited by the local laws, rules, and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction. Employees of NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE American, and Nasdaq Stock Market are not eligible for this promotion.

The Promotion is not available to anyone who currently has, or in the last 6 months has had, a TradeZero Broker Dealer account.

ACAT transfers or other transfers of securities to a TradeZero Broker Dealer account do not satisfy the Eligible Deposit requirement. Multiple account deposits cannot be combined to meet the requirements of an Eligible Deposit.

No cash alternative is available for the Platform Discount.

Disputes

By participating in the Promotion, Account Holder agrees that the maximum amount in controversy to be awarded in any dispute with TradeZero Broker Dealers is the cash value of the Platform Discount. All disputes arising out of the Promotion shall be governed by the Account Holder’s customer agreement with the applicable TradeZero Broker Dealer.
